1. Steady Buyer Demand: Families and move-up buyers are still driving activity, especially in areas with strong schools and family-friendly neighborhoods.
2. Low Inventory: While we’re seeing a slow rise in listings, it’s still a competitive market — especially under $500K.
3. Generational Shifts: We're seeing more Baby Boomers downsizing (hello, Silver Tsunami 👋), while Millennials and Gen Z buyers are entering the market in big numbers.
